One of our clients website has just a 15-month penalty coming.
The site was likely penalized for too many interlinking with other sites in the same cluster, which resulted in a -30 to -950 penalty in Google.
The question is whether there are fixed "time penalties" exist ....
In any case, the owner of this casino site is now a happy camper
